Yumm, I usually chuck it on my toasts for breakfast and lunch, eat it right out of the packet and I've added it to pasta and works great on a white based pizza. It’s delicious!
I’m not vegan or vegetarian however I tried this on a bagel with avocado and this was my reaction. “Hmmm so tasty smoked salmon, I love smoked salmon!” Until my daughter said mum you’re eating carrots. I still couldn’t believe it. The truth is, why would I eat smoked salmon if this tastes just as good and no fish had to die to satisfy my taste buds. Great job UpRoot food.
